Vagusta Was Born From A Simple Question
About
Why do so many people return from a trip feeling renewed, only to lose that feeling days later?
It Started With An Observation
A Pattern That Kept Repeating Itself
People returned from their trips feeling lighter
and more connected.
Then everyday life returned, old habits followed,
and the feeling slowly faded.
Vagusta was built on a different idea, not how to spend a good week.
But how to create something that lasts beyond it.
Not Another Surf Camp
More Than Just The Ocean
The coast offers many ways to spend a week.
Different places, different priorities,
different experiences.
Vagusta follows a different rhythm.
Surfing, Rest, Recovery, Nutrition,
Movement, Environment.
The week is built around the whole person, not a single activity.
The Founder
A Local Perspective Shaped By Years Of Practice
Vagusta was created by Mohamed Stafazi.
A fitness coach & local surfer.
A former bodybuilding competitor.
And someone who grew up on this coastline.
The experience reflects the things that shaped his own life.
Discipline, Movement, Time In The Ocean.
And the understanding that performance means very little without balance.
The Philosophy
Everything Affects Everything
The body influences the mind. The mind influences behaviour. The environment influences both. Nothing exists separately.
How you move affects how you feel.
How you eat affects how you recover.
Where you spend your time affects your energy.
The week was designed around these connections.
Not as separate activities.
But as one system.
Why Small Groups?
Space For Attention. Space For Connection
Only one group is welcomed each month.
Limited to 6 guests.
No bigger groups, no constant arrivals and departures.
The smaller format creates something different.
More attention, more familiarity.
More room for genuine conversations.
Beyond The Week
Designed With The Return Home In Mind
Most people prepare for a trip.
Few prepare for coming back.
Old routines and habits are waiting.
Vagusta was designed to leave people with more than memories.
A clearer rhythm.
A stronger foundation.
Practices that continue after the week ends.

What The Week Is Really About
The goal was never to create an escape.
Only a space to reconnect with things that already matter:
Movement · Health · Presence · Good Conversations
· Time Outdoors · Simple Rhythms
The kind that are easy to forget.
And worth returning to.
