Seven Days At A Different Pace

The Week

A different rhythm, repeated long enough to be felt.

A Typical Morning

Starting Before The World Speeds Up

Most days begin early.
A short run along the coast or through the hills sets the tone for the day.

Not to chase exhaustion, but to wake the body, clear the mind and build momentum.

After breakfast, attention turns toward the ocean.

Time In The Water

Where Movement Meets The Ocean

The ocean shapes much of the week.
Each day begins with a surf session adapted to the conditions and the level of the group.

Some guests are stepping onto a board for the first time. Others are refining skills they have carried for years.

The Goal

It is not performance for performance's sake.

It is to move better, stay present and leave the water feeling stronger than when you entered.

Midday

Space To Slow Down

Lunch brings everyone back together.
After that, the afternoon opens up.

Some return to the waves. Others stretch out in the sun, read on the rooftop or simply enjoy having nowhere to be.

Not every moment needs to be filled.

Movement Beyond Surfing

Strength With Intention

Throughout the week, strength and mobility sessions are added when they make sense.

Designed to support surfing and overall wellbeing, they focus on moving well rather than simply pushing harder.

A little work. A lot of intention.

A Daily Reset

As the light softens, the pace changes again.

The group gathers for yoga, creating a natural transition between the activity of the day and the quiet of the evening.

For many guests, it becomes one of the most memorable moments of the week.

Evenings

Shared Meals, Unhurried Conversations

Dinner is eaten together.
The evenings remain simple.

Good food. Good company. No schedule to follow.

Some nights are lively. Others are quiet.
Both feel right.

Beyond The Daily Rhythm

A Few Things Outside The Routine

A few experiences take you beyond the daily rhythm.

A visit to Paradise Valley. An afternoon of sandboarding in the dunes. Time to explore the landscape beyond the house.

Toward the end of the week, a therapeutic massage offers space to fully unwind before returning home.

A few days later, those who wish can join an optional group call to reflect on the experience and discuss what has stayed with them.
